A separate feed is generated for each of the Daily Offices, which allows you to add a subscription to your Feed Reader for only the Office that you normally pray. Depending on your feed reader, you can either point your reader to the below URL and hit "Subscribe" or cut and paste the URL into your subscription program.

Feeds are currently updated at 3:30 A.M. EST (half an hour after the email goes out). The entire XML file is overwritten, so that you will only receive the current day's feed. Again, depending on your feed reader, the entire feed may be downloaded and stored, in which case you'll have access to past Daily Offices. If not, you'll only be able to access the prayer for that day.

Please note that because the XML file is auto-generated, you may not be able to get your chosen Bible Version; your chosen version is stored as a browser cookie and passed to the server at the time that you visit the web page. Since the feeds are flat files and not web pages, the version you have set can not be passed to the server, and the default version is used instead. The default Bible Version is the New King James Version.
